I used 3d studio max to model the building and forground. Mental ray was used to render the scene. Photoshop was used to balance the scene against the background photography. I also used photoshop to paint the glass, people and shop fronts at the base of the building. I was trying to capture a mid summers day lighting and contrast levels.
